Welcome to Mayenne Holidays direct booking! To make your stay smooth and enjoyable, here’s a simple guide to our booking terms.
This is a guest-friendly summary – the full legal Terms & Conditions apply to every booking and will be provided with your personalised quote.
Booking Options
Through platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.): Their rules apply.
Direct with us: A 10% deposit secures your stay, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Last-minute bookings (under 30 days) require full payment
Cancellations (Direct Bookings)
Cancel 14+ days before arrival → you only lose your 10% deposit.
Cancel less than 14 days before arrival → the full rental fee is non-refundable.
You may transfer your deposit to a future booking if you cancel 14+ days ahead.
Security Deposit
A refundable €250 damage deposit is required.
Returned within 14 days of departure if no damage, excessive cleaning, or rule breaches.
During Your Stay
Arrival: from 16:00
Departure: by 10:00
Guest registration: French law requires us to collect your name, address, and passport/ID number.
Pets: Welcome by prior agreement and fee. Bowls and covers are provided.
Smoking: Not allowed indoors.
Care: Please leave the property tidy (bins emptied, dishes washed).
Access: We may need to enter for maintenance or garden care (with notice).
Children: Must be supervised at all times.
Security: Lock doors, gates, and windows when leaving the property.
Utilities & Facilities
Reasonable use of electricity, water, internet, heating (Nov–Mar), and bottled gas is included.
EV charging: Not permitted at the property. Public charging points are available nearby.
Laundry facilities may be shared with other guests.
Garage storage is possible by agreement (at guest’s risk).
Longer Stays (28+ days)
Discounts apply.
Two sets of bedding and towels provided – guests are responsible for washing them.
Garden maintenance will be carried out during your stay.
Problems During Your Stay
Please let us know straight away if there’s an issue so we can put it right. Complaints after departure cannot be considered.
