Your holiday home is located in a small Hamlet on the edge of the Commune of Hercé in the Department of Mayenne, Pays de la Loire.

3 km from the Market Town of GORRON, 41 km from the City of Laval.

Accessibility – there is one step to access the main entrance from the garden.  The front door is wide enough to accommodate wheelchair access into the kitchen/dining area.

However, please note the internal doors width does restricts normal wheelchair access.

Your holiday home has everything that you need for a restful and relaxing stay.  A fully fitted kitchen with the comforts of home – A large ' range' cooker, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, together with all of the cutlery, pans and utensils that you will need so that your holiday cooking is not a chore and you can release your inner chef.

There are televisions in the kitchen and the  lounge which have UK 'FreeSat' Satellite television.  The lounge television also has a DVD/Blu-ray player.  The Kitchen television has French TNT channels.

Fast free 'Orange Fibre' WiFi is included.

The Bedroom is made up for your arrival with bedding that includes a bottom sheet, pillow case and duvet cover with bath and hand towels for each guest, also a hair dryer and mirror.

There is a separate laundry room shared with the sister property with washing machine, condenser dryer and ironing area.  The basement laundry room is accessed by a key code.

There is a large fully fenced private garden with gazebo, BBQ and and garden furniture.

You have full private access to your holiday home and its private fully fenced garden.  The property has a sister property next door so you may have neighbours who are on holiday too.
