Your holiday home is located in a small Hamlet on the edge of the Commune of Hercé in the Department of Mayenne, Pays de la Loire.

3 km from the Market Town of GORRON, 41 km from the City of Laval.

Accessibility – there are steps to access the garden and the main entrance and a narrow staircase to the upstairs.

Your holiday home has everything that you need for a restful and relaxing holiday. A fully fitted kitchen with the comforts of home – A full size cooker, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, together with all of the cutlery, pans and utensils that you will need so that your holiday cooking is not a chore and you can release your inner chef.

The lounge has UK FreeSat Satellite television (2), French TNT channels and a DVD/Blu-ray player. 

Fast free 'Orange Fibre' WiFi is included.

The Bedroom is made up for your arrival with bedding that includes a bottom sheet, pillow case and duvet cover with bath and hand towels for each guest, also a hair dryer and mirror.

We even USB charging points (1) in the bedside sockets so no need to worry if you have forgotten your travel adaptor for your devices.

There is a separate laundry room shared with the sister property with washing machine, condenser dryer and ironing area.  The basement laundry room is accessed by a key code.

There is a large fully fenced private garden with BBQ and garden furniture.
